Susie just got done helping us sell our home and I couldn’t believe how smooth and efficient the process was. We were very lucky because one of the buyers she was working with made an offer, so our house never even had to go to market. I felt like she was honest and diplomatic when working as both the buyer and seller agent. Not only is she proficient at being an excellent realtor, she put such a person touch on everything. They have been multiple treats for our dogs, coffee, and the most beautiful gift basket after selling our home. I can’t recommend Susie highly enough! She has the work ethic, energy, and passion to make your home dreams come true.

Over the decades we have bought and sold many homes and land, some experiences were better than others of course. We are so happy to have met Susie! She worked tirelessly to help us sell our property in a difficult environment. I had tried another realtor and concluded that was a mistake, but Susie was very innovative and creative in marketing and we felt like she was truly in our corner.I would say she is the very best agent/friend we have ever dealt with in all the transactions we have completed. My wife Jennifer and I met Susie after calling on a listing on Zillow. From the first moment we got along very well. Susie made us feel like we should get the right spot and a price we could afford. Susie did not pressure us which was great – very refreshing! She quickly earned our trust. As it turned out, the process took several months and meetings at different properties that either Susie recommended or we found to look over. This time involved a lot of texting and emails which included some friendly kidding and sharing honest opinions. Susie is smart, ethical and fun to work with. We finally came upon a property that was a good fit for us, made an offer and closed the deal efficiently and with no drama. Susie was great through the whole process and we look forward to being friends and working together in the future.

We decided to place our property-5acres (owned 28 years) for sale and after some review of local realtors decided on Coldwell Banker Best Homes and specifically set an appointment to meet in person with Holley Carlson based on her reviews and her experience. Holly introduced herself and her team assistant Susie Haynes. We knew in just our first meeting we were in good hands feeling very comfortable and confident in choosing them without even interviewing our 2nd or 3rd realtor. We shared our 'story' and love for the property we had from our beginning to this point and how we put in a lot of work making it our 'paradise' sharing with family and friends creating many memories to live with. It was like bragging about your child. They heard us and knew how much this meant to us over the years. Shortly after Susie became the lead contact as Holley had other obligations but was copied on all communications. We could not have had a better person to take us on this journey. Susie was so helpful and so personable. Easy to talk to, explained things to this 'older couple' to ease any concerns and just plain say it so we understood it. Very responsive and caring and soon felt like I was talking to a friend I had known for a long time. The market was crazy busy but after 5 days of showing appointments resulted in 7 offers! Susie and Holley were both present to go over the offers. The info was presented in a spreadsheet easy to navigate and helped in the decision of which offer to take. Once contracts were accepted Susie kept us in the loop of what was happening and what to expect next. We achieved our sale in a fast manner but importantly we sold our 'dream' to another family that will be achieving their 'dream' as we were able to. I highly recommend Susie and know you will NOT be disappointed with her performance in such an important life task.

Susie was a life saver for us. After much of our neighborhood in Talent Oregon burned down we decided to move back to the Olympic Peninsula. We had limited time to find a home. Susie was on it. She ended up finding us a beautiful home in Port Ludlow that we could afford. She helped us through all of the steps from start to finish. We were pretty clueless as first time home buyers. We ended up finding our home, making an offer, and closing in less than 5 weeks. She answers calls and emails promptly, is friendly and professional and is knowledgeable. We highly recommend Susie!

In today's hyper-competitive real estate market, it was great to have Susie on our side. Susie did a great job at keeping us motivated as weeks would go by without a single house coming on the market, which met our criteria. In the end, it was Susie's local knowledge and network which allowed us to land our new home. Susie has personal relationships with local lenders, home inspectors, and contractors, which means she can get things done quickly.
